Please Note:

  • The Landlines are Monthly Contract 
  • If you are Blacklisted or a Foreiner you can apply also
  • We Recommend once you receive you simcard you do EFT, Cash Deposit, To your selected account. To Activate your landline
  • The service is activated online you cannot come physically. We only take digital payment.


The Bundle you choose will be allocated monthly on your simcard account from CIX Connect.

  1. CIX Connect landlines are paid 65% before you get line provision for you.
  2. If you exceed the amount allocated to your Landline bundle you can top-up minutes  by cash deposit, EFT or ewallet to your selected account
  3. There is availability of technical phone and Whatsapp support.

Acceptable Use:

CiX Connect reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time.

Network Abuse:

CiX Connect does not in any way support Spam or any form of network abuse and enforces the CiX Connect Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Guidelines on a stringent basis when complaints are made. Enforcement of CiX Connect Terms and Conditions as well as its Acceptable Use Guidelines for reasons of Spam or Network Abuse will result in suspension or termination of account access privileges.

Complaints regarding Illegal Use or System or Network Security issues should be sent to abuse@cixconnect.co.za. Complaints regarding Spam or any other email abuse should be sent to abuse@cixconnect.co.za.

These policies are directly in line with those provided by our upstream ISP (MTN, Telkom and Cell C).

Credit checks and your information:

CiX Connect don’t check for credit check which gives allowance to anyone who has bad credit record an ability to own our simcards.

Flexible Contract

CiX Connect Simcards carry a flexible contract which is a contract that you can pay it using ewallet, cash deposit or EFT. No debit or stop orders are allowed.

When you subscribe to or start to use a service, if requested by us, you will provide us with your full names, Physical or Postal Address, Tel No/Cell No and Email Address

Change to Mobile Service Terms:

We may change any or all of the Mobile Data Service Terms including (without limitation) the Mobile Data Service charges at any time without notice to you.

By continuing to use the Mobile Data Services after we make the changes, you agree to be bound by the changed Mobile Data Service Terms.


Unless you have subscribed to the Mobile Data Service for a fixed term, you may end the Mobile Data Service by 30 (thirty) days written notice to us. The notice will take effect on the first day of the month immediately following the end of the 30 (thirty) day notice period.

Non-payment and Suspensions:

Non-payment of account will result in your service being suspended. If no payment is made within 2 days(48 Hours) a re-connection fee of R 95 will be charged to your account.
