- The prices here exclude a modem or any connecting device for Internet.
- The Customer must have his/her connecting device in place to be able to use our simcard or if not must purchase the device to at a price that will be provided by our sales representative.

CiX Connect does not in any way support Spam or any form of network abuse and enforces the CiX Connect Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Guidelines on a stringent basis when complaints are made. Enforcement of CiX Connect Terms and Conditions as well as its Acceptable Use Guidelines for reasons of Spam or Network Abuse will result in suspension or termination of account access privileges.

The CiX Connect Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or
violates export control laws.
Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, Make-Money-Fast (MMF) schemes, chain letters, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall
not use another site’s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site.
System & Network Security:
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. CiX Connect will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will co-operate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following: Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including
any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Unauthorized
monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation,
mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting. I/We hereby acknowledge that it is my/our responsibility to keep my/our user name and password a secret and acknowledge that I/we have the ability to upgrade above-mentioned contract using this user name and
Credit checks and your information:
CiX Connect don’t check for credit check which gives allowance to anyone who has bad credit record an ability to own our simcards.
CiX Connect Simcards carry a flexible contract which is a contract that you can pay it using ewallet, cash deposit or EFT. No debit or stop orders are allowed.

Change to Mobile Service Terms:
We may change any or all of the Mobile Data Service Terms including (without limitation) the Mobile Data Service charges at any time without notice to you.
By continuing to use the Mobile Data Services after we make the changes, you agree to be bound by the changed Mobile Data Service Terms.
Unless you have subscribed to the Mobile Data Service for a fixed term, you may end the Mobile Data Service by 30 (thirty) days written notice to us. The notice will take effect on the first day of the month immediately following the end of the 30 (thirty) day notice period.
Non-payment and Suspensions:
Non-payment of account will result in your service being suspended. If no payment is made within 2 days(48 Hours) a re-connection fee of R 95 will be charged to your account.

The Website www.cixconnect.co.za sells Internet Connection related goods online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the ecommerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties.
Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have
