How to buy

How order and buy:

1. Add product to cart.
2. Send cart to us with your details.
3. We’ll email you an official quote with price, terms, and banking info.
4. Pay through Business Account via EFT.
5. Send proof of payment.
6. We ship your goods once payment clears.

Payment methods we accept:

• Bank transfers
• Cash payment via Cash send or Ewallet

We don’t accept:

• Cheques
• COD
• Accounts

For stock:

• Check stock before paying.
• We don’t keep stock on premises.
• You can collect after payment (usually 1-2 days).
• If our supplier has no stock and you’ve paid, we’ll refund you.

What we can’t do:

• No consignments or trial periods.
• We’re an online company and don’t keep stock on premises.
• You can pay at our premises, but we’ll need to order the goods. No “pay on collection” option.
