Email Setup Guide

  • 1. Microsoft Outlook (Desktop)

    Go to File > Account Settings > New. Enter your email and use these settings:

    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za
    • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za

  • 2. Android (Outlook App / Built-in Mail App)

    Select POP3 and use these settings:

    • Incoming Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za
    • Outgoing Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za

  • 3. iOS (iPhone/iPad)

    Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other and use these details:

    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za
    • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.za
